We actively keep track of the trends in food on a national basis, and keep up with industry news at all levels.
Proofreading, indexing and editing services are also available from us. We also write text for travel and food brochures, as well as prepare and style food for photography in magazines and newspapers.

We've devised specialised food tours in and around Melbourne for the British travel
company Gourmet on Tour. These are created to offer a personalised tour experience for
international visitors and range from The Ultimate Melbourne Food Tour to The Country Air
Food and Wine Trip, From Asia to Melbourne with Love, The Middle-Eastern Expedition and the
night time Eat and Drink. This style of tour would be a night time event that's designed to showcase some of the best eating and drinking Melbourne can offer.

Consulting
We have consulted to the food industry for many years. This ranges from menu advice and product development
through to staff training and seminars, advice on kitchen systems, writing advertising text and food photography.

barbecuing and seasonal ingredients through to family meals, Asian ingredients and baking. The
