Bright N Sandy Festival - Food and Wine stage 2010

I was involved in planning and hosting the food and wine stage at the Bright and Sandy Festival on Sunday 21st March. Over 10,000 people attended to see visiting chefs, winemakers, brewers and cookbook authors, and get involved in the children's hands-on pastamaking.
