There are always a large number of requests for cooking classes, demonstrations and public speaking events.
To meet this demand a number of different cooking classes, luncheons and events have been organised for the public in the months ahead.

AUGUST 2008

Foodies Walking Tour of Melbourne
Saturday 2nd August 2008 - 9.45am - 1.30pm
Join host Allan Campion on a three hour walking, talking and tasting tour that is not to be missed!
As featured on Channel 9's That's Melbourne these tours explore and sample the best food spots in the Melbourne CBD. It takes in places such as the QV building, Chinatown, Bourke Street, Federation Square and the many alleys and laneways that contribute to the multicultural mix of this great food city. Along the way visit great food stores meeting the owners and tasting their wares - artisan chocolates, Hong Kong style egg tarts, Asian sweets, beautiful coffee, fantastic fish and chips, Japanese dumplings and much more. We also discuss the food history of Melbourne as we explore the old and the new dimensions of the CBD.

Dinner for one
Tuesday 5th August, 6.30 pm - 9.00 pm
Join Michele Cutis as she presents beautiful meals which suit cooking for one. Pan-fried salmon with noodles in a lemongrass broth, stir-fried beef fillet with cashews, spaghetti with Italian sausage and spiced lamb cutlets with pine nut couscous.

Chocolate Rush Festival - The World of Chocolate
Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August - To be held at The convent in Abbotsford, Melbourne.
Allan will be hosting Chocolate tours at the festival plus his "World of Chocolate' classes.

Shop and Cook Tour - Gaswork's Farmers' Market
Saturday 16th August 2008, 9.00 am - 1.30 pm
Join food writer Allan Campion and nutrionalist Samantha Gowing at the market, purchase seasonal produce and return to CAE to create a sensational winter feast.

Shop and Cook Tour - Queen Victoria Market, a foodies paradise!
Saturday 11th October 8:30am - 3pm

Allan Campion, food author and food aficionado will not only show you what makes this market so special, but he will introduce you to the stall holders, show you where to find those specialty items, how to identify the freshest products and give you ideas on putting quick and easy, fresh and flavoursome menus together.
