varied cooking classes. His team of culinary professionals offer classes which explore barbecuing, seasonal shopping expeditions, beautiful Asian cooking and essential skills for
those who are keen to get into the kitchen for the first time.

Team Building Cooking Classes
Team building cooking classes for perfect for corporate and social groups to get together in a fun environment and have an
interactive foodie experience. Every participant gets an opportunity to cook in these classes. Team building cooking classes takes a modern Asian approach with entrees such as rice paper rolls, Thai BBQ prawns, Vietnamese oysters and
pandan chicken. Main courses include a Thai red roasted pumpkin, spinach and chickpea curry, followed by a magnificent Malaysian rendang. This is complemented by a beautiful
soy-pot roasted whole chicken and an amazing braised pork belly with star anise and ginger.
The class runs like a TV cooking show with participants divided into teams. Each team will have a number of recipes to prepare, in front of the other
participants. All ingredients will be ready to use, it's more a matter of hands-on final preparation. The teams will be awarded points all through
the class according to their demonstration skills and participation. Judging will also be on the taste and presentation of each dish, culminating with the dishes served as a banquet meal. Members of the winning team will each receive a fantastic cookbook. All in all it's a great way to spend a few hours with your colleagues.
Team building classes for 2008 - This class can also be run as a team building BBQ class.
NOTE - Team Building' Cooking Classes requires a minimum of 14 participants at a cost of $135.00 per person.
The class runs for around 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
Smaller or larger groups can be arranged and classes can be held on any day, depending on availability.

Market Tour and Cooking Class
A really fun option for a group to really get their teeth into a foodie experience is the Market Tour and Cooking Class. This involves a
guided tour around the Queen Victoria Market to meet some of the best stall holders and enjoy tastings of their very best products.
The group then makes its way to the cooking school where a cooking class is held using the best seasonal ingredients from the market.
This combination of class and tour is a terrific way to become acquainted with this iconic Melbourne market.
NOTE - The Market Tour and Cooking Class requires a minimum of 14 participants at a cost of $145.00 per person.
The tour and class runs for around 4 hours.
Larger groups can be arranged - with groups of 20+ we split into two groups and each spends two hours on the
tour and two hours in the school.
Everyone then gets equal time in the cooking school plus time on the market tour.
Classes can be held on any market day, (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday) depending on availability.

Private Cooking Classes
Booking your own cooking class is the perfect way for social groups, friends or work colleagues to get together in a fun environment and have a
terrific 'foodie' experience. The classes are demonstration style, with tastings provided of all dishes prepared. Participants get to see their dinner prepared before
their very eyes and then enjoy it in a shared table environment. Recipes are provided for all dishes.
You pick the theme of the class - it could be one of the following:
Italian classics - everything from pasta and polenta to risotto and tiramisu.
A Taste of Asia - The very best Thai curries, Chinese stir-fries, Vietnamese warm salads and Singapore noodles.
The Season's Best dishes - utuilising seasonal produce in your kitchen
The ultimate BBQ class - Learn all the skills required to cook fantastic meats, seafood and vegetables on the BBQ
Asian inspired long and slow cooking - Learn how to make spicy beef braise, beef rendang, soy-pot roasted chicken and braised pork belly with star anise and ginger

NEW CLASS- The World of Chocolate
Chocolate is one of the worlds' most popular foods - and with good reason. Join food author Allan Campion as he explores the history and legend of this amazing food.
Over 1 1/2 hours be guided through the history and story of this amazing product from South America to the world at large.
The class included a tutored chocolate tasting of over 15 different chocolates. This will cover commercial brands right through to rare single estate vintage
chocolates.
Learn about the big chocolate houses of Europe and the new brands making an impact in the New World, including Australia.
Gain an understanding of where chocolate comes from, how it is made, how to really 'taste' chocolate and become expert in choosing your favourites.
NOTE - The World of Chocolate class requires a minimum of 18 participants at a cost of $75.00 per person.
The class runs for around 1 1/2 hours and is a fun way to enjoy a workplace or social activity. The class can be held in a your own workplace, school or any space large anough to accomidate your group.
Classes can be held on any day, depending on availability.
