Allan Campion and Michele Curtis have been involved in the local food scene through writing cookbooks and food guides since the early 1990's.
Both are professional chefs and have taken their interest in great cooking into writing about food.

Their writing centres around the themes of seasonality, great home cooking and searching out the best food shops of Melbourne.

Annual releases include The Foodies' Diary and The Foodies' Guide to Melbourne

The latest cookbook to hit the shelves has just been given a smart new cover - find out about In The Kitchen here.

They are also involved in Foodies' Tours of Melbourne - these are available for the public and private bookings, plus school groups.

A great variety of cooking classes and demonstrations are also available, these are particularly popular for staff activities.
